Terms of Service

Last updated 3 August 2026 · Operated by Nabka LLC, 1491 Polaris Pkwy, Suite 341, Columbus, OH 43240

Plain summary. We create A+ Content image files and copy for your book from details you supply. You upload them to your own KDP account — we never ask for your KDP login. You confirm you own the material you send us. We can't guarantee Amazon approves your submission, because Amazon decides that, not us.

1. Who we are

KDPundit ("we", "us") is a service operated by Nabka LLC. We are an independent business. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of Amazon.com, Inc., Kindle Direct Publishing, or any Amazon company. "Amazon", "Kindle", "KDP" and "A+ Content" are used only to describe what our service produces.

2. What we provide

When you place an order you receive:

We aim to deliver within 24 hours of receiving a complete order. That is a target, not a contractual deadline.

3. What we do not provide

We do not access your Amazon or KDP account, and we will never ask for your KDP password or login. Amazon provides no programming interface for KDP A+ Content, so the upload can only be performed by the account holder. Anyone offering to do it for you is asking for credentials you should not share.

We do not provide legal, tax, editorial, or marketing advice, and we do not guarantee any commercial result — including sales, rankings, impressions, or conversion.

4. Amazon's decision is not ours

Amazon reviews all A+ Content before it appears publicly and may reject or later remove content at its sole discretion. We design our output to follow Amazon's published guidelines — we omit web addresses, prices, testimonials, competitor references, and claims we cannot verify — but we cannot and do not guarantee approval.

If Amazon rejects your submission for a reason we can address, such as an image size or a phrase, tell us and we will amend and re-supply the files at no charge.

5. Your material and your responsibilities

By submitting an order you confirm that:

You remain responsible for what you publish. We generate copy from what you tell us; we have not read your book. If a statement is wrong, changing it before you submit is your call and your responsibility.

6. Material we will not work with

We may decline or cancel any order, and refund it, if the material appears to infringe copyright or a trademark, is unlawful, or contains content that sexualises minors, incites violence, or is designed to deceive readers about what a book contains.

7. Credits, price and refunds

You buy credits, and spend them a book at a time. Payment is taken when you buy credits; there is no subscription and nothing renews. Prices and the credit cost of each thing are shown on the pricing section of our home page before you commit.

At the time of writing, a full A+ block for one book costs 350 credits and a revision you ask for costs 100 credits. We may change those amounts for future purchases, but never for credits you have already bought.

Credits expire 12 months after you buy them. We will tell you by email before any expire.

Because each book is produced individually, refunds work like this:

If you and we disagree about whether something is our mistake or a change of mind, tell us why you think it is ours. We would rather absorb an arguable case than argue with an author over 100 credits.

8. Your files and how long we keep them

We delete your uploaded manuscript when your order is delivered, and we remove the whole order — including generated images — 30 days after it is completed. Full detail is in our Privacy Policy.

9. Ownership of what we deliver

Once your order is paid, the delivered images and copy are yours to use for marketing your book, including on Amazon and elsewhere. We may keep a copy of our own templates and methods, which remain ours. We will not use your cover, manuscript, or book details to promote our service without asking you first.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost sales, lost rankings, lost profit, or the removal or suspension of any Amazon listing or account.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

11. Changes

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the one published when you placed it. Material changes will be dated at the top of this page.

12. Governing law

Nabka LLC is a limited liability company registered in the State of Ohio, United States. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, and any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts sitting in Franklin County, Ohio.

13. Contact
